Distance contract
The seller of the goods offered in this online store, on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as the Seller (RUNDMAN Ltd.), and the person who makes the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, concludes the following agreement:
The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the Goods to the Buyer, in accordance with the Buyer's order.
By purchasing goods through this website, the Buyer agrees to all of the following terms and conditions.
1. Delivery and payment arrangements
The buyer orders the goods through this website, indicating the type and quantity of the goods. The buyer is able to pay for the item using the online payment tools or paying for the invoice prepared by the seller and sent to the Buyer by e-mail. The bill is prepared electronically and is valid without signatures. The seller starts printing T-shirts only after receiving money in his account.
The Customer has the right to choose any type of delivery indicated on the Seller's Website. The customer chooses the type of delivery required by ticking it in the Order. Delivery times and costs depend on the type of delivery, address of delivery and total order weight. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the Product completely passes to the Customer at the moment when the Customer receives the Order.
2. Cancellation policy
The buyer can not use the right of withdrawal, because the Seller's goods are made directly to the Buyer on an individual order (by printing/ embroider the Buyer's desired logo on a t-shirt/hoodie/crewneck).
3. Data processing
By entering the necessary information upon making an order, the Buyer confirms that he has read and agrees that the data provided by him is used to enable the Seller to accept the Buyer's order and to deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of the Republic of Latvia. By entering information, the Buyer agrees that the notices related to the processing of the Buyer's order will be sent to him by the indicated e-mail. Payment processing is provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv, therefore our company transfers the personal data necessary for payment execution to the platform owner Maksekeskus AS.
4. Privacy policy
We, the RUNDMAN Ltd take the protection of your personal data very seriously and of course we comply with the applicable data protection laws. Personal data is collected on this website only to the extent technically necessary. In no case will the data collected be sold or otherwise disclosed to third parties.

All disputes arising between the Client and the Seller are resolved by negotiation. The Customer and Seller are not responsible for violations of these Terms and Conditions if they are in force majeure circumstances, incl. acts of public authorities, fires, floods, other natural disasters, hostilities, unrest, etc. due to joining.
